    1. Chris Hoakley 0
And thats only half of them. They last for 5 to 7 years. I would even trust 10 if done properly I'm sure.

  2. Canned White Perch, Pickeral, Crappie, and Fiddleheads. When done this way you can preserve this fish for years. The bones get soft too so I didnt debone anything ...more and put them in cut into thirds minus tail head and guts. Some have skin some dont. Many different flavors. Good way to make room in the freezer and if you like canned sardines then you'll love these and they're better for you. 🐑🐟🐠🚩

i was already thinking that myself.. but good looking out on that, SOMEBODY MIGHT HAVE REALLY TRIED THAT. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

Not hard to do at all. I washed the jars with soap and hot water then packed it with fish pretty tight and a little water plus whatever flavoring I wanted. Mustard, ...more soy sauce, marinara. 1 tsp of kosher salt top it off with water or oil.. Wipe the rim put the cap on finger tight and pressure can at 15lbs for 100 minutes and your done. If you've never canned then also read the other guidelines to canning as well .

Well done. I butcher my own deer and everything except the hams and bacon on our hogs. We raise a mixture of Berkshire, large black, Yorkshire and blue butt.

    9. Gotta have something to make the time go by. I'm probably still looking at at least 3 weeks before waters up and unfrozen😧
