    Caught 9 this morning with @la_outdoorsman_13 this being the biggest right around 2 pounds. Most of the fish we caught were around a pound and they were hitting ...more the worm good. They wouldn't hit anything else we tried except one fish I caught on a spinnerbait. Earlier in the morning the fish were close to cover but as the day got later they started to move out to deeper water.

    First pic in a while because I've either been busy or haven't caught a decent fish. Caught this nice 1lb 1oz cichlid today as well as 11 bass on a finesse ...more worm. All the bass in big lake are feeding heavily on small shad and are very easy to catch. Most of the bass are pretty small though so I'd search in other parts of the park for bigger fish.

    Nice 3lb 3oz bass I caught today fishing a canal with @la_outdoorsman_13 . Only caught three in total because of the cold front passing through. Water is stained ...more in most places because of the hard rain we had last night and some of today.

    Nice 19" 4lb 1oz FAT bass I caught in a canal near my house today. New PB for this canal, previous pb for the canal was 3 and a half. Caught this fish looking ...more for cruising fish swimming in shallow flats. Saw this one with another fish about the same size, casted right in front of them, and this one nailed it.

    Nice 3 pounder in some awful weather conditions today after exams. Saw this fish swimming slowly along the bank, casted at it, and the fish nailed my lizard. Also ...more saw a 5 pounder on a bed that I could not get to eat my bait.

    Three of my biggest bass today of 5 with @DFont34 . Still a lot of males on beds, plenty of females cruising. Caught all my fish except one today on a Texas rigged ...more yum dinger, the other was on a Texas rigged Berkley havoc pit boss. The one on the right was 3 lb 1 oz, the two on the left were both around 1 lb 12 oz. Also, I saw a lot of postspawn females cruising in Bayou St. John.

    Caught this skinny 2lb 13oz bass today in city park. Was 18" long and had the head of a 3.5 pounder, but was pretty skinny. Water is in the mid 60s and the ...more females should start moving back onto the beds after the recent cold front. Lots of small males on beds and still plenty of prespawn fish to be caught.

      Unfortunately, 2 guys out there keeping today. Saw one catch a 2lb right as I got there. One other guy said he had a few and one was about 4 lbs.

    Nice FAT 3 lb 2 oz bass from this morning. Caught it twitching the fluke and letting it flutter down every few twitches. Caught this one in the midst of two bass ...more chasing shad. Surprisingly they still aren't back on beds yet, however they should return in the next few days as long as the weather stays warm.
