    Finally dragged the yak out into the water at lake Redman... Caught six largemouth... Biggest was 15"...caught six yellow perch... 8" and smaller... Water ...more temp was 52 degrees... And the water was still way low... When they going to let it fill back up?

      Ya, I am addicted to the top water bite! I was on a Hobie Pro angler kayak..but caught her in about ten inches of water off the shore...Thanks for the comments!

    Decent catch... 16" #2- 8oz...bit chilly this morning... 22 degrees... All for the love of the sport tho... Brought home five white perch, fried them up... ...more They were excellent!

    Caught and released this one was deep. Water temp is down to 44 degrees also got a 24" catfish same area... Good day on water

      Also he wasn't actually bleeding from the gill...just through the gill...he was hooked solid thru the upper and lower lips

      I say it lives. Fish blood clots 35% faster in water than in air. It helps even more that it was cold water.

      yes, he did bleed, not much, but they say it doesn't take much...I put it right back in the water...I hope it doesn't die. There are quite a few differing ...more arguments about whether they will live or die...Anyone have an opinion on this??

I mainly fish from a Hobie Mirage Pro Angler 12' fishing kayak. Always make it out once a week....usually Sunday morning.
