    1. bigfish101 0
      Your welcome @Yank313
    2. Tate_peterson 0
Agreed with the vendetta @TexasAngler89 great rod. I have 3 of them. Probably one of the best baitcasters for the price! Super tough and they're lightweight ...more too. I've enjoyed mine
    3. MusicCityBass 0
@TexasAngler89 I'm actually looking into a new rod, I'll look into a Vendetta then
    4. MusicCityBass 0
      @TexasAngler89 I use a 7'6" H BassProShops CarbonLite
    5. TexasAngler89 0
You should lol I got a 7ft m/h with a fast action tip and it's been a killer for jigs and frogs and you know how hard those hook sets are! @MusicCityBass
    6. MusicCityBass 0
@TexasAngler89 maybe I'll try another one. I have 3 Vengeance's and it is $50 and has held up incredibly
    7. TexasAngler89 0
Vendettas are heavier than a lot of rods too
    8. TexasAngler89 0
I catch 4 & 5lbers on my Vandetta man it does great! You must have gotten a bad apple @MusicCityBass
    9. TexasAngler89 0
      @reefboi16 ^^^^ lol this guy
    10. MusicCityBass 0
@TexasAngler89 IMO Vendetta's are too light and aren't very strong. Mine broke on a 2lb bass hookset and so did my buddies. @Yank313 I would get a Vengeance, ...more only $50 and I've had one for 3 years

Lews speed spool tournament mg or a super duty both are outstanding reels
    12. TexasAngler89 0
Get a lews tournament mg on a Abu Garcia Vandetta rod
    13. Yank313 0
      i love the color lol
    14. Yank313 0
      @bigfish101 @OhioFish thanks @Jose_Can_senko
    15. Yank313 0
i might just put a few more dollars with it and get a lews
    16. bigfish101 0
Yeah there good but not as good as a lews speed spool on a Abu Garcia rod
    17. Jose_Can_senko 0
I would ask @Jackson1230 he just put up a pic of that same setup
    18. OhioFish 0
My advice is to buy a lews tournament mg speed spool

  3. lost all of my tackle and will soon be gearing up for 2015 need a new spinning combo and baitcaster also need all new lures any suggestions will be targeting anything ...more that's biting besides carp and sheephead

    1. Yank313 0
      i got a black maxx
    2. Mason Cizek 0
Baitcaster i would get a black max. Spinning a pflueger president and a vendetta rod.
    3. Yank313 0
most. for a baitcast is 80 and 150 for spin @Mason_Cizek
    4. Mason Cizek 0
What are you willing to spend on the combos? For gear i would recommend senkos, squarbill crankbaits, jigs, creature baits (like turtles and things with lots of ...more little arms) buzzbaits and poppers
    5. Yank313 0

  4. will these work for trout size 4 and 1/8 ounce

    1. Yank313 0
      thanks bro @McGrath82 I see u a lunker chaser๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
    2. McGrath82 0
That will work, use 8lb mono and if your going for some big trout use the #9 and 15# Panther martins for steelies. @Yank313
    3. Yank313 0
i fish the Huron river so whatever grab it lol but aiming towards trout will a medium 6'0 rod do or go lighter n shorter @McGrath82 @TennesseeTroutboy
    4. McGrath82 0
You going for steelhead or little stream trout?
    5. Yank313 0
      thanks @TennesseeTroutboy
    6. TennesseeTroutboy 0

  5. are these good for trout

    1. guttahCreek 0
Not sure about trout but That mepps is definitely good for bass
    2. TennesseeTroutboy 0
But too big for trout. That Mepps is a good one too but it is also too big, a 1/16oz French agilia Mepps works well on trout. Other spinners that work good are Panther ...more Martins and Blue Fox
    3. TennesseeTroutboy 0
Those are all good lures but the only one that can catch trout is the middle one. Make sure to get lures in the 1/24oz-1/8oz range for trout like that roostertail ...more is a 1/4oz which is perfect for bass
    4. thebassmaster13 0
you might want to get a smaller size for trout.
    5. Chuck LaBruna 0
Yes they are, also work for bass and pike ๐Ÿ˜‰
