    Spotted this big one under a fallen tree across the 20' wide stream. 30-35 mins of cycling thru my tenkara flies later and the big #4 worked. Tenkara on coopers ...more creek north of Suches.

    South fork of Bishop creek. Cold breeze in the last hour of daylight. Swinging the fly deep with pulses upstream at end of swing produced two similar browns. 14" ...more on this one

    Perfect small creek where tenkara works great. Just off Ocoee river. Slight breeze, mostly sunny and small native bows that were spooked easily. Tenkara reverse ...more hackle flies were the ticket today. Small #16 black and cream dry flies made em eat.

    Small tributary into the Ocoee river. Spotted these little ones along small creek maybe .5-.75 miles from parking lot up steep cascading creek. 47-52* midday, 0-5mph ...more wind, mostly sunny. Cool to use the small tenkara rod with tight cover overhead.

    Pull off just upstream of big bend parking lot. Late evening hours, 0-1generator, light 5-8mph breeze, 52* partly cloudy.

    16" Big guy nailed the BWO beadhead nymph, roughly 12" off back of dry fly. 48* little wind and constant rain. Caught below first bridge upstream of powerhouse ...more on the Upper, 2.5' clear water.
