Hit the PM incoming at Montara State Beach this afternoon. South part of beach. thought it was going to be a skunk and was about to call it but ended up landing ...more two strippers almost back to back. First one was 21" then about 3-4 casts later ended up with a 26"er. No perch though.

Hit the pm outgoing at south beach, point reyes national seashore. A couple more catches on slow retrieve: a small silver surfperch and 1 small sand dab (been a ...more long time since I last got one of those in the surf). Whales migration / blow spouts galore right now.

8 from sunset beach, watsonville (am incoming) & 2 from Zmudowski beach, moss landing (pm outgoing) a couple days ago. No trophies (a lot of baby BSPs right ...more now) but the action seemed consistent, although best at sunset beach/am incoming.

@ Stinson beach, golden gate national recreation area, during am high tide/incoming. Carolina rig with berkley sandworms. No trophies today but the action/bites ...more were consistent and fun. Stopped by Muir beach afterwards and hit the afternoon outgoing. More bites/action but the perch were even smaller here. Threw back a couple tiny barreds and a walleye and called it a day.
