      Anything bloody and oily would work. I would use Spanish mackerel or Bonita instead because it's easier to cut into chunks

      The two ways to tell the difference between the two are sheepshead have human teeth and black drum have whiskers under their bottom lip

      Black drum. Sheepshead have teeth like people and their heads slope downward more
