1. Details: Red (redfish) Drum

Search the shallow flats of calm days to see redfish tailing. Cast beyond the redfish and bring your bait back close. Stop the bait next to the redfish and leave ...more it still. The redfish will hit it. I recommend using pistol shrimp fly patterns and for all the non fly fishermen use gulp shrimp in new penny or rootbeer on a 3/0 weighted ewg hook. Good luck and happy spotting

Stripped twice and let the fly sit in ...more front of the face and he pounded it. He chocked it but I moved the fly to the edge of the mouth for photo. 1 of 2 today with many seen. It is difficult in the wind so find a sheltered cove and you will find the fish

We had gotten a couple inches of rain in the past few days so water was moving through this cut. Water temp was 53 in morning, but we didn't catch anything until ...more the water temp was up to 56. Air temp read 68 but felt 75. Pinned the boat in the brush on the left side of this cut and casted away from the cut. The smaller on hit first and the bigger guy followed. We caught about 15 with the these the

I find with the A-rig you don't slow it much, mostly I run it deeper in the water column. Also I dye the tail of the middle swimbait
    6. robz713 0
In cold water do you just slow down the retrieve what's the secret

Southern winds 15 mph with slight overcast 78 degrees. Water was stirred up so we were casting randomly at mangroves banks hoping for a fish. @kylebenkel caught ...more a nice 27 in trout just before this guy. He hit it while I was bouncing it back just off of the bottom over a shell bed.

Also depends on moon phase.. And type of structure..grass rocks docks? I like to throw a 10" power worm t-rigged black and blue. Black and blue jig. If fishing ...more rocks I'll throw a Ball and chain
    4. Mike Ammenwerth 0
Big baits make a better silhouette, thus easier for fish to locate it. I like throwing either super sized soft plastics, or anything topwater. Work everything slower ...more at night, no matter what bait is.

Any thing that makes a lot of noise like a rattle trap or buzz bait fish piers or natural structures that smaller fish stay around

Full moon. Around 7 in the morning in 125 feet of water with reliefs and ledges up to 8 feet. Not sure how far off we went but I think they said 45 miles. 10. Details: Warmouth Sunfish with a Streamer fly I believe but it can be seen in the photo

Midday. Sunny. Landed the fly right on the edge of the shade under the dock behind me. First strip on the line and this guy inhaled it. There were lots of big minnows ...more swimming around so I figured I would try to imitate them. Not as close as @seaturtles was with his bait, but the fly had the same profile. Saw lots of gar hitting at the surface and a few bass in the shade. That seems to be the story

    1. Sean Wilms 0
