  2. Caught all our keepers before 8 AM. On a buoy line sloping up to a thick grass flat, total weight just under 12 lbs for i believe 5th place. This tournament won ...more me angler of the year.

    The spawn is on. Nailed this big girl on a bed in 3 fow, she was really shy and then all of the sudden slurped it.

      I second @james454 it can hurt them, usually it doesn't break but it can dislocate and stick out just a little further than normal making it hard to eat

  6. 2nd in the high school tournament on Lake LBJ with a sack of 19.98 pounds, big bass was 6 lb 13oz. All caught in 3 ft or less surprisingly.

  7. Anybody that says grass carp only eat grass is wrong. Working the jerkbait off a retaing wall in around 8 FOW and he almost took the rod out of my hands. Fun fight, ...more but not a bass.

    Got 3 nice flatties, best 20" in a 100 yard or so stretch from the kayak, caught a bunch of trout but couldnt get the flounder to hit a lure so had to gig a ...more few.
