      It's 77 degrees here now I put him in the water for about 2 mins or so then he swam off

      I had one bleeding like that yesterday and I just held him in the water for about a minute and it stopped. That only works if the water is cold though @Ben_Sanford

      Nice Bass! 👍🎣thumbsupfishing! Welcome to FishingScout. One thing that I learned on here is that when they bleed from the gills like that, if you pour Mt. Dew on ...more it, the bleeding will stop instantly.
