  What SmackDaddy said! And IMHO, those type of snap swivels aren't even good for fishing, period. Maybe for use as a break-away lead slide on a heavy shark leader ...more or something? But nothing else!

  I would not even use a snap. You need strong connections, not a snap. Snaps are just another weak link in my opinion. Tie a good knot and you are set my friend!
