Details: Red Snapper
Jigging for AJ and ended up hooking this beast snapper. Estimated weight of about 15-16 lbs. Caught it on a 2000 Battle with 15 lb test, very fun fight!

A few thunderstorms rolled through around 430 and we fishing in the light rain around 530. This nice 5.4 slammed my popper after a few pops. I was fishing from land ...more and casted about a foot and a half off a bulkhead and got crushed, gotta love topwater hits

A nice fish from Mondays fishing, couldn't get a great angle because she was bleeding pretty badly into the canoe, it was 6.55 on the scale. Abu Rev3 SX on a ...more MH 7' Veritas rod, 20 lb braid and 25 lb leader. She was chilling under a submerged log and hit the bait as I brought it over the log. Look for more pics Friday as we will be fishing sunrise to sunset.

Biggest fish today on the brand new setup: Abu SX 6.4:1 and Veritas 7' MH. Casted right along a bulkhead and she nailed it after a couple of jigs. Put up a great ...more fight. 9.87 on the digital scale.
