      You never know until you try it. Anything can bite it. I'll bet if you tip it with a minnow, 'crawler, leech, or even a waxworm anything from walleye to ...more panfish to bass will hit it.

      Maybe that is why I was getting crappie and you get bass. I was using a 4" one @CalvinFease

      @dgrabe217 I'm not sure how big this spoon is, but I use a 5-6" spoon, which pretty much eliminates crappie.

      @CalvinFease I have been successful in water from 20 feet or more. Surprisingly I catch more crappie on this than I do bass. The crappie tend to be 1.5 or bigger

      It's actually perfect. This lure will work on a pier along the surf with either a south or north wind or just a really light wind in any case. Summer and late ...more spring is when you're going to use it.
