    Nice bass I caught last weekend on a frog. I was fishing it in open water over a flat covered in algae. Changing the cadence of how I worked the frog was key. I ...more seemed go get more bites working it fast with a lot of speed changes versus working it slow with pauses or a constant twitching retrieve. There is almost nothing better than a good frog bite!

    This was the kicker to me and my buddy's bag this weekend on Lake Lewisville. The shad spawn is going on right now and the shad are spawning under boat slips ...more and marinas. There are a lot of bass that suspend under the floating boat slips and they love to ambush the shad so what I was doing is throwing the Spinnerbait parallel to the edges of the slip and slow rolling it 2ft under the surface.

    5lber fishing a wacky rigged senko in hydrilla in 5fow next to a reeds. Light line was key as the water was very clear and the fish were spooky but it paid off.

    Nice one on the huddleston. It was a male on a bed in 3FOW on a rock pile. Missed her several times until I put on a stinger hook.
