  7. Details: Spotted (Speckled) Trout

Fishing South Bay with @mainfishing @dbird @knotpolaris . I can't catch a Speck, but Dbird AKA "the fish whisperer", calls them to the boat and catches ...more them out of the air.

      Nice picture!
  8. Details: Red (redfish) Drum

Dead Red on South Padre this morning. Red Tide conditions were better with wind out of the north. We caught a few Reds and Specks in South Bay. Still a lot ...more of dead fish on the beach at SPI. Very few dead fish in Laguna Madre.

  9. Details: Red (redfish) Drum

South Padre update: the Red Tide is pretty bad on the Gulf side with lots of coughing and burning eyes. The Bay side is mostly clear without issues in the Laguna ...more Madre. Moderate fish kill on the beach with Mullet, hard heads, & Ladyfish being the most impacted species.

No visible bait in the surf besides a few whiting I could see in the wash. Hope to try chucking the castnet here for a bit when we get back from dinner

Just got off the beach in Port A, no sign of Red Tide, water clean and green to the beach. No luck on the spoons , but I'll have the long toss out this evening/the ...more next few days. Hopefully the reds

Fishing in the bay was slow. Surf fishing on PI was a no go due to the smell of rotting fish and the coughing from Red Tide.

No word on Port A @Cowboy713. We went from Porty Isabel up to Three Islands and only saw 3-4 dead fish
