Once again I fished the dock at Bunker's Resort, starting early in the morning. Using pieces of perch meat I caught 17 perch and one 12" trout. I did ...more not see the otter, but two blue herons came by to watch me fish and accepted some undersized perch and sunfish that I threw in their direction.

I fished the dock at Bunker's Resort on July 5th. The weather was cool at 5:00am, but heated up quickly. I caught my limit of 12" trout and many keeper ...more size perch. There is an otter living nearby that visits this dock. If you reel your fish in too slowly near the dock or leave your catch on a stringer in the water then the otter will have had a good day of fishing instead of you. Unlike me, it likes sunfish. If you want to see the otter, slap a couple of dead sunfish in the water when you hear it under the dock and it will come out for them.
