      not deep at all, caught close to shore with strikes happening I'd say 5-10 feet out mostly and probably 8-10 feet of water.

      Nice, more 3-4 pound smallmouths should be moving shallow in next couple weeks. October and November are best months for big ones.

    nice 4-5 pounder, biggest of day, caught 10 mostly small ones before the rain Monday, this by far the biggest, hitting the top water torpedo lures.

      great idea, I'm usually alone, and have to work in trips around work. but yes this was a shame not to get the full size he was a nice one. will try that next ...more week!

      Figure out how to do a self timed selfie if you have an iPhone to get better pictures. On my boat I put cell on console and set a 10 second timer for bigger fish.

      torpedo was doing well that day, white belly's got me nothing but when switched to orange was getting hit way more.... cloudy day, too bad they were small where ...more I was.

      My best double at Wallenpaupack was years ago an 18” & 19” smallmouth. I’ve probably had 3-4 dozen doubles on Torpedoes alone over my lifetime.
