Went fishing tonight with my dad... about an hour and a half in we got kicked out of the farm ponds by a security guard. Granted, they were doing chipping out there. ...more But we have been fishing they spot for a long time. I, personally, have never seen a single guard out there. Just an FYI for fishermen in Bakersfield.

Great spot this was the only trout I got a pic of... I caught a total of 17 trout from that spot and a little downstream, the biggest being 13in. I saw really nice ...more 25-20 in here in there but they wouldn’t bite... I was just using normal nightcrawlers. I put them on a small single hook , with no weight and just carted it upstream and let it float down. They hit pretty close to the little “falls”.
