      @GunnerNewberry thanks those were the sand trout. I watched my dad clean a lot of fish when I was a kid, and have an idea how to do it

      Just go slow and don't "saw" at the meat! Practice makes perfect! Those filets on the table look great!

      Trout & flounder are like butter with the Bubba blades! Keep a sharpener handy for the Reds a sharp knife is a safe knife

      @GunnerNewberry I agree. The scales on the reds are tough to get through. It made quick work of the sand trout though.

      Those are rough on them but that's the best (non electric) tool for the job
