  5. Stopped at a pond on way home tonight, and saw a Bald Eagle on the ground. He was a distance from me, so hard to get a good pic

    1. Austin Buley 0
      Preciate it
    2. Edward Pease Bomber1 0
@abuley34 I fished WRC in the winter mainly for Crappie and sand bass. Hear there are nice bass in the lake.
    3. Austin Buley 0
Hey man I noticed when you used to live up in Dallas you fished white rock creek some, and I was wondering if you ever caught and largemouth out of there? I'm ...more looking for creek spots around Dallas
    4. Edward Pease Bomber1 0
@huntnreds I did think it was odd that an eagle was on the ground
    5. huntnreds 0

Finally get to use the Bubba blade I got for xmas

    1. Edward Pease Bomber1 0
@hot1075 It was great for the sand trout. Once I got through the skin on the redfish it was great.
    2. hot1075 0
How did you like the bubba blade
    3. Gunner Newberry 0
@Gunnar totally agree! Lol!! But the man, the myth, the legend @SwampMafia does it on the beach with a pocket knife. I've witnessed it
    4. Edward Pease Bomber1 0
@GunnerNewberry I've seen someone do that on YouTube
    5. ReelGame Saucedo 0
      Nice
    6. Gunnar 0
You need a chainsaw for redfish
    7. Edward Pease Bomber1 0
@GunnerNewberry thanks those were the sand trout. I watched my dad clean a lot of fish when I was a kid, and have an idea how to do it
    8. Gunner Newberry 0
Just go slow and don't "saw" at the meat! Practice makes perfect! Those filets on the table look great!
    9. Edward Pease Bomber1 0
@GunnerNewberry especially for someone like me that doesn't have a lot of filet experience
    10. Gunner Newberry 0
Trout & flounder are like butter with the Bubba blades! Keep a sharpener handy for the Reds a sharp knife is a safe knife
    11. Edward Pease Bomber1 0
@GunnerNewberry I agree. The scales on the reds are tough to get through. It made quick work of the sand trout though.
    12. Gunner Newberry 0
Those are rough on them but that's the best (non electric) tool for the job
