1. I had to get out, only one, but hey, it's better than none.

I only got one at Deer Lakes after catching 3-4 the last few times. Not sure if it was the weather, but Saturday just seemed like nothing was biting. I haven't ...more tried Glade Run yet though and didn't quite have the time to drag the kayak out.
  2. Does anyone know any good Trout fishing locations? I know about Elk Creek in Erie, but that can get crowded. I'm not sure if they stocked North Park or Glade ...more Run Lake this year. Any input will be appreciated, thanks. The picture is my oldest up in New York.

Mark, here are the Google Map coordinates. The Delayed Harvest section is from between here: 40.568419,-79.980430 and here: 40.565844,-79.963322 It is artificial ...more lures, only.

Glade Run got stocked last week. North Park is week of Dec 14th I think.
    4. Rich Kelly 0
the delayed harvest section of Buffalo creek near Worthington Pa is one of my favorites
    5. Mark Merlin 0
      Where is that Jim?
    6. Jim Holland 0
I was originally going to go to the Delayed Harvest section of Pine Creek, today, but couldn't bring myself to go out in the cold.

  3. A few of my better catches from this year. Its a shame that this year is over. A huge shout out to Rick S, he spends many hours teaching and mentoring me, Jeff ...more B., thanks for the great days on the water, catching them one after another. I was finally able to meet Frank and Drew, the best Kayak fishermen on the lake. Thanks to Mike, a coworker, had lots of fun with him as well. Jim, was great seeing you as well. Ok, I'm done. Tight lines all.
