Details: Gulf Flounder
Took the boat out today and hit up Taylor Lake. There was about 3 other boats out there fishing so something was up. Hit up a lil channel that goes into a little ...more lake. Tide was outgoing so set up in main channel. Throwing towards lil channel. And sure enough this guy slammed it nice fat 16" flatty. Casting out and jigging on the retrieve. This one hit right at the boat and swam away with the bait.

Details: Spotted (Speckled) Trout
Fishing before a cold front or storm has always paid off for me so when @Reel_Smooth said lets go fishing didn't think twice about it.. Fishing live shrimp freelined. ...more 6'6 all star. Concept A spooled with 15# big game mono coastal brown color.. I recommend it it's almost invisible in these waters! One of many big girls. The bigger trout seemed to be hitting and loving the smaller shrimp. DSA!

Details: Spotted (Speckled) Trout
Fishing lights with a buddy. My usual ttf produced only one red. Buddy switched to a devil tail fatboy and started catching. I switched up and started catching fish ...more were on top chasing bait fish. Ttf also produced 19" striped bass

Same as last blert.. Hitting these bad boys for about an hour straight.. Tons of big ones some rat reds in the mix.. Finally took of when the first catfish showed ...more up. Not because of the catfish but because we had finished the quart of shrimp!

Pulled up to a spot ive been hitting fish up and man from the get go started catching drum left and right whole bunch of big ones that we released and kept 4 drums ...more and a red. 29.5",29",27",17", and the red was 22". Me and me buddy must have released about 6-7 over 30" each. Very good night. Really high tide no water flow. Fishing about 5fow where it usually is 2'. Unusually high tide. Fish fry!!!

Details: Inshore Slam (trout/flounder/redfish)
Well after fighting the rain in old river. @ReelGame managed a nice 25" red. We're fishing under bridge since it was rainy. Had one fish take my fishing ...more pole in the water luckily Benny was able to snag it. Made a move to the the cooling plant but before we got there hit up mouth of the canal where it meets trinity bay and man did we find the trout! Caught about 40 trout with only two keepers. DSA!
