1. 29" RARE REDFISH WITH NO SPOT OR SOME TYPE OF HIGH BRED DRUM?? LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

    1. Capt.P.L. Roberts 0
I was talking about the oversize Redfish tag it was over 29" long, since the book says they all have spots would the no spot let it pass as a drum in the eyes ...more of the DNR??
    2. Capt Morris Campbell 0
I did a bunch of tagging for the Mote marine research program in the 90s. Every tagged fish I caught had a lesion at the tag site. These were snook and redfish. ...more We also tagged Billfish, Dolphin, Tuna and Cobia. I would not tag any fish now.
    3. Capt.P.L. Roberts 0
That's what I thought, just wanted to check the book says the may have multiple spots but never no spots, next question is did it need a tag or not?
    4. Capt Morris Campbell 0
      It's a Redfish.
    5. Capt Morris Campbell 0
We catch a few every year that don't have a spot. Maybe 3-4.

The dog's name isn't Spot, is it? Lol Never seen one either with no spots. Seen multiple spots, so maybe they exist, but rare also??????👍👍
