      Ken , Sounds like plenty of ice on most of the lake. Is the snow low enough to use atv for travel or only snowmobile travel?

      If I go again I will be looking for daytime spot mostly by little round, other little round and east bay by the deep water or songers.

      Hey Kenneth I see that other guy was posting on my walleye catch. We fished our usual spot on houghton and got 4 I trip, 5 other and 1 but I only fished like 2hrs ...more on a scout mission with just a rippin rap.

  9. I have fished houghton lake for 20yrs and my dad has for 40yrs. You can try the drop off on songers point that's always good toward the east bay. Drop off is ...more rapid that's what you want. Structure and deep water. Remember got to put time on the water houghton is big and walleyes are tough to catch.
