      Brad: The last reports I was late last week, smallmouth are probably up shallow on reefs or near shore. They said Ned rigs and jerk baits were doing well. Play ...more the wind, pick the side the wind is coming from, it will help boat control and keep from wearing you out. If you have Spot lok on your trolling motor use it to keep you upwind of the reef and slowly move sideways and back.
