  Ive had this lire before it works great for bass and panfish it is called a jig head with a curly tail grub

  No idea what brand that is but Zoom Fat Albert grubs will probably have a color close to that

  looks like a jig head with a worm attached you should be able to buy some jig heads and worms like that and make em yourself if you can't find em premade
