1. Caught this nice trout on the last cast of the day, completing the slam and ending the great February day in the St Simons ICW with a bang.

  6. Bedbug Island, a bunch of main lake weedlines and rock piles, and even floating island were hard to fish in the wind, especially without a trolling motor. Bass wouldn't ...more cooperate so we went north west van every cove and caught sunnies and perch. Longears and sunfish were plentiful on small grubs with small jigheads, inline spinners, and spoons worked

About

I do it all! In freshwater I love burning spinnerbaits and cranking for bass. Occasionally I tangle with some cats. I enjoy fly fishing, too, ...more and am trying to get more into crappie fishing. I love catching offshore species like mahi, tuna, wahoo, sails and more. Bottom fishing is fun for me, especially for Grouper and sharks. Living in New Jersey, I love surf fishing for stripers, flukes, and blues. But what probably gets my heart racing the most is my love of sight fishing the shallows for bones, reds, tarpon, and snook.
