  4. Ok, to everyone down South, this is normal. But in IOWA, not so much!!!!! Nephew was getting off of the river from flathead fishing at 1:30am and this guy was ...more sitting by the boat ramp when they were pulling the boat out. He jumped out and snapped a couple of pics and a short video. His commentary for the video was, "An armadillo in Iowa City! " Which he said about 5 times, Lol. But I suppose I would've said the same. Just plain crazy around here. Soooooooo, does anyone out there in Fishidy land have any idea how this little guy made it all the way North to IOWA?????

    1. Lmao
    2. That's just an ozark speed bump I would have backed the pickup over him!! :)
    3. That’s to funny, last Friday evening I saw family of 5 running behind our yard.
    4. we probably have 3 or 4 within a couple of miles of my driveway. but a couple are more than likely roadkill. maybe the heat here is causing them to migrate..lol
    5. They can survive the Iowa winter's. They won't like it but they can do it
    6. As long as they don't eat all my 5 pounders! 😁😁😁
    7. Maybe some big Fl bass would like to vacation in the pond Robert??
    8. Hey ... Possum on the half shell:))
    9. I would say he must have hitch hiked on a truck or train.I don't think they can survive the Iowa winter. We do have several sightings a year here in Kansas, ...more but I have never seen one.
    10. Billy: when every illogical explanation is ruled out, only the LOGICAL ones exist! I will spread the word around town that Sasquatch let it go! Thank You! ...more ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
    11. What?!?!
    12. ok folks...honestly!! This is the result of allowing Big Foot in letting him have an exotic pet. It has grown to big for it be taken care of in captivity. It has ...more been set free....THE END
    13. Lol Billy!
    14. bango 0
Asked my in-laws in Perry and they haven't ever seen or heard of one in the state. They also suggested it came off a rail car. Pretty rare sighting that far ...more North!
    15. To be quite honest I could explain it to you Robert Coleman, buuuut you probably wouldn't understand... It's a SOUTHERN thing....lol jk
    16. Maybe I'll go back and try to catch him, then I'll bring him home next year when I come to see you again! 😁
    17. He's on vacation:)
    18. Lmao Shawn! I thought maybe Morris hid him in one of our carry ons!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
    19. He got lost from down here in Texas! I bet he climbed on a train and got shipped north! LOL Most of the ones you see here are upside down along the road. They are ...more blind as a bat and not near as agile.
    20. Cool
    21. Wow!!!! Bull sharks and alligators in the ole Mississippi this far up but armadillos ? Wild hogs are right behind them
    22. That is some good eating right there. Just make sure you harvest it after first good hard freeze.
    23. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE SAID!!!!!! Scratching our heads! πŸ€”πŸ€―πŸ€―πŸ€―
    24. THE STORK ROBERT LOL.
