Working my way around the pond and fighting the pondweed and grass, this guy gave me a pretty good fight all through the grass. Casting out and burning it back REELY ...more fast. Gotta love the dark colors of these base. This guy was about 2lbs.

So I wasn't even aware they stocked rainbow trout in this pond! First cast, around 6:30pm, pretty windy and a little chilly, and this trout smoked the crankbait! ...more Surprised me when I saw what it was! This little guy was right at 11".

Details: Dorado / Mahi Mahi / Dolphin

Well, the weather has not cooperated with us at all this week except yesterday. We chartered a boat out in Key West and the weather and water was beautiful. Unfortunately, ...more we did not get a single hook-up. We trolled ballyhoo for about 5 hours total, and had a small mahi bite off half of one and that was it. Hardly any fish were caught by the other captains so just a bad day for everyone.

Out fishing Moses Lake with a buddy when the flood gate was closed. Caught a bunch of barely under sized reds and a couple flounder. A little overcast, 15mph winds, ...more water temp was 77 degrees.

  Dude the whole line of concept reels are built for saltwater man. Curosion resistant bearings and spool. The gears are brass until you get into the higher end concept ...more c and kp. I work on buddy's reels

  I absolutely love it for freshwater. Took it out wading for a weekend and it began to make some odd noises and wouldn't cast as far even though I cleaned it ...more thoroughly after every trip.

Details: Spotted (Speckled) Trout with a Live shrimp - Carolina rigged

Wading out in Trinity with @cloch16 this morning and got into some trout. We ended up catching rat reds, a stingray, hardheads, a black drum, some whiting, a piggy ...more perch, and a dozen or so undersized trout. These 4 were our keepers and lost a couple bc we didn't take a net, haha. Last minute decision to go out wading and it was worth it. Biggest was almost 18".

Morning fishing with @cloch16 started out with some finger mullet and a few live shrimp we caught in the cast net, had a few bites and then switched to gulp and ...more that did the trick. Had a bunch of undersized trout, reds and founder throughout the morning and ended with 2 keeper flounder. Slight wind out of the east, cool this morning then hot when sun came out.
