1. Details: Rock Bass

Not too much success up here but we're still having fun. We had 25-30 bluegills and rock bass above 9" in the first 3 hours. So we had a nice little fish ...more fry the next day. Hopefully it picks up wishing the next couple days

  2. Details: Flathead Catfish

We have been off FC for quite some time. But that doesn't mean that we have lost our touch catching monsters. In fact, we've been getting better with every ...more day that passes. Stay tuned because we have many more pics to post to come of fish we've caught throughout the year and will be catching.

48lb flathead!!! 25 minute fight worrying if the hook would pop out of not, named clefty after a cleft lip on the upper lip. In 7ft of water jigging along a wall ...more it sat there for 30secs without moving.

  5. Details: White Bass

Going after some preseason walleye but not much is happening yet. But we are still catching fish as you can see with a good eating sized white bass. The fish seem ...more to like to hang tight in the turbulence of the dam. We toss a little Nightcrawler out and in no time at all the fish are on.

    1. Makz Jaramillo 0
Sounds like how the fish hanging in the current at our floodgates @Reel_Smooth
  6. Details: Northern Pike

Went out to an old spot to check up on how it's doing. We were catching a wide variety of different fish including walleye, stripper, bass, and freshwater drums. ...more But the best had to be topwater pike. There was a group of pike that took airborne once our lures came within striking distance. There was one pike that we had our eye on. He was +30" but we were able to get a hook up. This one was 24"

  7. Details: Smallmouth Bass

Well she wasn't gonna break any records yet but a decent smallie none the less. Besides she probably wanted out of the water to look at this amazing view. Upon ...more catching and giving her a brief photoshoot, she was released. She was about 14" and was caught right at my feet in 1-2 FOW. We are still trying to catch her big brother but haven't had too much success.

  8. Details: Walleye

After a long streak of bad luck we finally caught something picture worthy. We tried fishing in a newer spot that not many people know about yet. We arrived right ...more at sunset and only planned to fish for about an hour. It only took 20mins before this pig whacked the crankbait I was using in about 15 FOW. She was quickly photographed and measured before we released her. She came out to be 23.5"

Haha it looks that way. But it's only sand from when I landed it. @walleye72

  9. Details: Smallmouth Bass

This has got to be the smallest smallmouth that I've ever caught. The crankbait I was using is roughly 3-4in long as comparison. He was a hungry little guy. ...more This gives new meaning to "eyes bigger than your stomach". We caught a couple more smallies but there wasn't much size to them ( biggest was 13-14in). We also got a small channel cat and a nice redhorse sucker.

    1. Joe Olsem 0
@DaPikeKilla I feel your pain. Only small ones over here too
  10. Details: Smallmouth Buffalo

This buffalo smacked the minnow hard as it was flowing down the river
