      run the bait*
    8. BigChance56 0
If you run the boat over the bait keeper the bait will have better action and wont slide down the hook on a bite

@topwater_beast they have been working for me this early in the season because you can really get far out and deep from the shore with them. I'll have to look ...more for that chartreuse and white
    13. Andy Lowrey 0
@topwater_beast yeah man I just started fishing this type of bait, had never used it before. I'm a big fan though, I really like them. Need to get more of a ...more variety still
    14. Andy Lowrey 0
Haha... Eeeeeverybody on here is the "fish Marshall"... Been fishing all my life and never once had a problem hooking bait/lures on the eyelet.
    15. always_the_eels 0
As a little fyi: try not to hook your baits through the eyelet. Can damage them and cause issues down the road. Hope you got something to bite!

Slow day for everyone we spoke to except for one lucky group who found them (not us). But landed this guy as we were about to call it a day. Cuz landed one too @Ryan21 ...more Made the day!! 12 FOW. Middle of the lake (where we directed to by the lucky group). Ridiculously clear. Sunburn? Check

  4. Details: Golden Rainbow Trout with a Shrimp

They wouldn't touch anything but super small pieces of shrimp. We were at about 10-12 FOW, maybe 20 ft from shore

    1. Andy Lowrey 0
And oh yea so much fun when they are hitting @Cale
    2. Andy Lowrey 0
We had everything from 3 feet to about 15 covered and all day it was right in the middle that was hitting. They are in those shallow spots right on the bank sometimes ...more though @Cale
    3. Cale Ellingson 0
They sure are fun to pull up through the ice
    4. Cale Ellingson 0
More aggressive trout will be even shallower than 10-12 feet. Sometimes even in 2 feet of water

Awesome fish man! But try not to put bass or any gamefish on the ground..it'll take there protective slime coat right off! Unless your eating it, then all is ...more well. Tight lines
