Grew up a mile from Lake DuBay and the best cheese curds at Mullins Cheese. Spent a lot of time on DuBay as a kid and at the family cabin by ...more the Turtle Flambeau. Working class stiff at Lake View Bakery in Madison Wi. for the last fifteen years and counting. Last few years I've been honing my skills at building cedar strip kayaks. Nice thing about being a baker is that my afternoons are free for fishing and boat building.
