  1. Coming up with a group of boy scouts for a weekend out of Buckhorn in mid September. Not looking for spots (although some suggestions would be welcome) but more ...more about depths and types of structure or cover I should be looking for.

    Open to any species for action for the kids. Can anyone help me out?

  6. First Flathead i ever caught. PBR for me. I was on shore with other fishing people tonight and watched 4 of them this size caught. Mine was a CPR. I also caught ...more a dozen white bass and 10 short walleye. What a great night of fishing. I am still on cloud 9.

      Jimbo you ask how I cook my fish. Most of my fish is rolled in flour and panfried.Bigger fish get chopped up into fish sticks or nuggets.

      Yes it is mild or almost bland. You want a fish that taste like fishy eat some Lake Perch.

      I catch a lot of small drum when crappie fishing and always clean them and toss it in the fillet pile. I've never had anyone say oh that piece tasted bad!!!

      The drum eat mostly shellfish and people eat saltwater drum. What do you think a redfish is.
