    Details: Common Carp

    Prefishing for our highschool tournament, fished for hours and all I caught was two baby bass and beached the boat twice in the shallow flats. We did find a loading ...more dock filled with Asian carp. These carp are dumb, all they do is swim into rocks or jump on to the bank and die. So we would chase them around and catch them with our net. Made a spoof video on it https://youtu.be/n4CHuabkd7o

    Tried to prefish for my highschool tournament on KY lake, but jolly old Tennessee weather shut them down. Started out today being 34 with 12 mph N wind and water ...more as muddy as the Congo. Didn't get a single bite, I did however catch two clams (one actually bit my hook) and I did snag one of the dozens of dying Asian carp floating the river. Didn't see a bass, just flopping carp on top of the water

      @splitlip To me, it's alright.. I would recommend it to anyone who is upgrading or first time buyer. I own a 2015 Hobie Pro Angler 12 so its night and day difference..

    Caught this 10 inch smallie of the French broad river in my kayak he was in about 5 ft of water with a little bit of current. Fun catch !

      Your scale could be right. Best thing to do to make sure your scale is right, is to take it to a grocery store and weigh some fruits in a bag, then put it in one ...more of the scales they have.
