    Visiting from out of state in 1 week and never been to this lake before. Any advise would be greatly appreciated as I am a novice bass fisherman. Also, any smallmouth ...more bass in this lake?

      I believe you are on flat creek your long ways from river channel at that point but good largemouth there on rocky points and where water drops to lower shelf football ...more Jigs are good to use around rocks and stumps watermelon red and watermelon green both good color to use and on rubber worms also throw spoons around points I guess I burned your ear enough good luck get back with me if anymore questions I won’t respond till this evening will fishing in tournament till 3 pm today and tomorrow.

      Staying in a cabin just a little southeast of Sevier count park, on that same side of the water... where that part of the lake drastically narrows will be my home ...more base

      Do good in the tourny? I will arriving Thursday just in time for about 2 hours of fishing before dark. I'm hoping there is a top water bite. My wife is wondering ...more if there is anywhere near the lake good to eat (local joint)? Thanks for all the info this far. It's been hard to find too much info on the lake via internet. Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg stuff just keep popping up!

      yes Mike there are some Smallmouth in lake but u need to get in main river channel. a lot of largemouth biggest is suppose to be in lower areas like flat creek and ...more areas like that I live in muddy creek myself we are currently in a bass tournament 27 28 29 it all depends where u put in at to tell you where to go and how.
