    A feeding school showed up and caught about 10 of them. One about a pound.

      I agree with Tim...not so much an issue. Hard baits don't really hold scent, and most soft baits these days have their own scent imbedded in the bait. If you ...more are using live bait, even less of an issue

      Never worried about it. I have seen several comparison videos for crappie. scented jig vs plain jig, that kind of thing. Saw one jig vs jig sprayed with bug repellent. ...more Bug spray had little to no effect.
