  4. I had a good five days at Chautauqua Lake. Over 40 very healthy bass. Most were caught skipping under docks. The weather cut a few days short, and I got bit off ...more by a couple of muskies. Most of the bass were between 2 1/2 and 3 lbs and very feisty. The largest was 17 inches but a chunky 3 pounder.
