  2. I went fishing thinking it was opening day for Fluke the creek I wanted to fish was turning. Brown algae everywhere. I decided to head out into the bay. I found ...more Big Gator Bluefish jumping out of the water. I started to troll and landed this 36 incher. I stopped counting after 24. Arms too tired to catch anymore I head home.

  4. We crushed them, opening day for seabass! 4 man boat limit plus some ling and a pollock! all on light gear due to the great calm weather!

  5. looks like my homemade chrispy jigs catch cod too!! pretty cool, but it was one inch short of a legal keeper unfortunately. we had plenty of seabass (which taste ...more better anyway!)

  8. Tog fishing was pretty bad, just a few keepers for the crew, but at least we got on some short aggressive bass action on the way in.

    5. they are amazing james... all they eat are crabs, lobster, some clam etc. they rarely eat bait fish. the only local fish i like better is probably sea bass. but ...more tog are much stronger and more fun to fight!
