  10. Improving Fish Habitat on St. Clair River & Mouth of confluence of River & Lake St. Clair. - I have a method of improving spawning habitat for multiple species, ...more designed to give Fry an increased chance to survive & thrive. Only problems are getting the DNR & adjoining Agencies to sign-off, then appropriating the necessary tools/supplies & man-power to accomplish the task.
Would the collective of members join me in first promoting the plan, complete with a detailed proposal? Secondly would be getting donations of supplies & "Work Boats" to perform the tasks. I would lay out the plan in this post but, it would entail approximately 4x the length of that which I've already written. If members respond with further interest, I would be willing to lay out in detail what would be necessary & the Rationale & expected Results. I do believe the supplies would be EASY to acquire. The Main stumbling block would be "FEDERAL RED TAPE".
