    Got to hit Saunders Springs Nature Preserve yesterday and I'm going to give an update for the lake. Will be hitting Saunders Springs Lake soon. So it's my ...more first time here in about 6 months and I've never seen the water here this clear of Algae ever. Maybe when it was drained back in the early 2000s. So theirs no bass hiding under the Algae which makes good for prespawn catching if you find them.

Measuring out at 17.25inches, This one here is ...more for everybody who says this place is fished out. Yea theirs a lot of people who fish here but theirs still some big ones lurking. This guy was landed a minute after I battled a 30lb+ Snapping Turtle for 5 min. We thought the READ BELOW

      hit on the lizards on a slow retrieve you should wait 8 to 10 secs after casting to reel or twitch whatever you feel comfortable with then let it sit another 5-8 ...more secs & repeat process good luck.

    Third fish of 7/7/2015 trip out to the Nature Preserve. Went out after a small 15min Thunderstorm & my brother in law lands this 9in Bass on a slow walking the ...more dog retrieve. He'd let the bait sink 10 sec then twitch & reel drop down for 15 more sec then back to the 10sec drop. Bass were out but hitting slow. Found an area that had 2trees submerged in the water right after the bridge READ BELOW

    Pictures from 2days ago, fishing right after a 15min Thunderstorm. My brother in law caught this 9in Largemouth right after I pulled in my Bluegill, while fishing ...more on top of the first bridge towards the right of the lakes path that leads around the Nature Preserves Lake. We where casting out about 35feet away from the bridge towards some clear water in front of some heavy algae bushes. READ BELOW⬇⬇

    My brother in law finally got me to give in, and he made me drive him to Saunder Springs Nature Preserve. This is the first time I go their in 3YEARS. Never had ...more any luck but after yesterdays trip I'll be back for more soon. I got to try the PsychoChicken Shad I had a great bite but couldn't land it. We then switched up to the lizards kept them weightless due to all to all the algae. READ BELOW⬇⬇⬇

      water runs down stream into a small recreational area then goes into the woods and ends up in the Saunder Springs Lake listed. I didn't send the new waterway ...more request email because I was busy blerting

      From what I've heard theirs many baby bass but theirs also a few 15+inch bass lurking to be caught. Watermelon colors are best when it comes to soft baits

      Lots off Sunfish you can spot off the bank here, also saw a 10in+ RedEar. Plenty of fish activity you just have to find a spot a wam them. Kayaks & small jon ...more boats should give you a better advantage.

    Another top-notch Largemouth Bass lake. Excellent natural reproduction and average growth rates produce good numbers of fish in the 13-to 15-inch range. Nine pounders are routine.
