      And ask them where are the dolphin offshore what depth and how many miles out and ask them what to use

      There is no spots offshore unless deep dropping cause dolphin and wahoo and marlin and sailfish are all migratory which means they constantly swim to different areas ...more just ask a captain or tackle shop
