  1. Details: Lemon Shark

3.5 ft baby lemon shark. Fishing for bull reds and caught this lil guy. Wasn't what I was hoping for but he sure did put up one hell of a fight. Released. Ft. ...more Clinch State Park, from the jetties.

I was thinking it might be a sharpnose however after reviewing all of my photos, and species guide I determined it was a lemon shark. I could of course be work so ...more thanks for the help!
    2. John Barrington 0
Lemon sharks have dorsal fins almost equal in height and a broad head. This isn't a lemon. I can't tell if has faint white spots on the body, but if it does, ...more it's an Atlantic sharpnose

  2. Details: Red (redfish) Drum

Hiked out onto the flats to my favorite spot and hooked up with this beauty. 27 inches, released.

  3. Details: Jack Crevalle

My buddies and I decided to go out in our kayaks to search for some fish. Hoping to see pogy pods and tarpon and jacks we ended up only seeing these huge schools ...more of jacks. Once the lure hit the school you immediately had one on. By far one of the most fun types of fishing I've ever done.

  5. Details: Blacktip Shark

6ft 1in blacktop from our fernidina trip. Also had 2 other blacktips around the same size. One followed our bait in when we reeled in and basically we hand fed the ...more bait to him from the pier. He immediately took off with it and it was awesome. Not bad for a day trip with tons of boats close to cutting our lines

  8. Details: Tiger Shark

Headed down with my crew this weekend to fernandina again and got there before sunrise. Had baits out at 6:00 and then the kingfish boats came through. Ended up ...more getting cut off by a boat and then waited till that night to put out another bait. At 12:00 am I put out fresh shark for bait and got awoken by this beast around 4:00am. At the same time we hooked into a 8ft lemon. Both sharks were caught.
