  6. This adorable kid caught his first fish today, and you can tell how happy he is from that ginormous smile in his face. Before I met him he already fished for the ...more three day, yet with no bites. I met him at the kids fishing pond where I noticed a fatal flaw in his rig. A bobber restricted the bait from reaching the fish which were in the bottom of the water column. I fixed this by adding a weight and taking off the bobber. Then I casted it out and tightened the Excess line. 20 seconds later the tip of the rod started shaking the kid lifted it up and reeled it in. In the end he was so excited, and I felt I did a important and meaningful job on getting this kid hooked on Fishing.
