Awesome day at the Fish Lake Perch Derby. Caught probably 35 perch, a Rainbow, and a Splake with my friend! We were fishing in 15 FOW with about 14" of ice! ...more The action varied throughout the day, and my friend ended up winning a tackle bag at the raffle! 2nd time ice fishing and it was very fun! Awesome day on the ice!

Stopped by Fish Lake to try my hand at ice fishing. The water was 10-12 inches thick and I found a few already drilled holes and dropped a chartreuse paddle bug ...more with perch meat to the bottom and after jigging for about 10 minutes I felt weight and set the hook. Only fish of the day and my first through the ice! Very cold, but it felt good to be fishing! Awesome hour on the water!
