    1. I know that feeling. Went out Sunday for 4 hours and nothing.

    1. definitely worth the effort Ryan good luck hunting. I find most of mine on White oak often over 10 feet off the ground occasionally lucky and find one near the ground
    2. Wow looks like they grow in Kansas going to have to ask some buddies who hunt different shrooms year round here about my best window to look for them. Always exciting ...more to find a new gem!!
    3. thanks Brian it's also a very medicinal mushroom and is used for that as much as it is for food worth doing some research on very interesting

    5. That's a crazy looking shroom!! I find the oysters here in Kansas but have never seen a lions mane. pretty awesome find!!!
