Fishidy Mobile App - iTunes

If you purchased your Premium subscription through iTunes:

  1. Login to the Fishidy mobile app.
  2. Open the menu and tap on "Manage".
  3. Navigate to the bottom of the screen and tap on "Manage Subscription".

Fishidy Mobile App - Google Play

If you purchased your Premium subscription through Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  2. Tap "Menu", then "Account", then "Subscriptions".
  3. Find your Fishidy Premium subscription.

Fishidy Website

If you purchased your Premium subscription through the Fishidy website you should have received an email inviting you to access your billing portal where you can manage your subscription. Please doublecheck your junk/spam inbox as these types of emails may end up there. If you did not receive this email, please contact us and we will resend it.

Your password is encrypted so we can't see it or change it for you. Click here to reset your password and follow the instructions on the page.

Follow the instructions below to delete your account from Fishidy. Once an account is deleted all data for your account will be erased. This cannot be undone.

Due to security concerns, we will not process email requests to delete your account.

  1. Login to your Fishidy account on fishidy.com.
  2. Access your account settings page by visiting fishidy.com/user/update.
  3. You will find an option to delete your account.

  3. Select the "Email Notification Preferences" tab.
  4. Unselect the emails you wish to no longer receive from us.
  5. Click on "Update & Save".

There are a lot of waterways out there and it can take time to collect enough data to add a new one into our system. If you'd like to see a waterway added send us a message with the name, location, description, species of fish that can be caught there, and any additional information you know that would be valuable.
