I fished yesterday morning and this morning. Had a tough trip. But I did manage to land a small hybrid on a crankbait this morning at 5:20. Great fight on a spinning rod! I switched to bait at 6:00. I had netted alwifes earlier and had plenty. One cast and I had a hundred. But I couldn’t buy a striper bite. Caught several cats as a consolation. Fished till 10:30. Hoping to get some good numbers in a week. I’ll be fishing multiple days.
