When I hooked onto it I thought I was snagged... But it ended up in a 5' trout! It was peeling drag and i thought it would take all the line off the reel. Then I tightened down on the drag and began reeling it in. the lake is over 500" deep, so when I got it close i had to guide it above the ledge about 20" out. I called for my sister to grab the net and she swooped it up and we had a massive trout on our hands. We took this pic then released it to make more babies.
