Came up to northern Iowa to visit my brother and hit the ice, since we don't have any!😁 4 of us jumped to a couple different lakes all day and got a nice mixed bag. Northern, walleye, crappie, and perch! Bite was VERY slow everywhere. The snow and frigid cold (-7) has everything messed up!

      Slow bite? That's a day to me, lol. Funny how you can have two really different climates in the same state. Here in CT its an hour drive south to north, sometimes ...more less, if not ice fishing one spot, your not ice fishing in any spot. We have had a very poor winter for ice fishing. Weather cant make up its mind. No fishing of any kind for me in month and a half due to skim ice and other factors. Going squirrelly, lol.
