Fished a tournament at Lake Amistad this weekend and had a 5 fish bag for 9.88 lbs the first day. All fish were caught out of a school in 20-25 feet of water. We would wait for signs of them surfacing and then throw topwaters or crank baits near them and pick them off. Was in third place after day 1, all fish we’re caught before 10:30 am.
