  Yeah that’s not too far from Jarret Edwards(tv host) caught the state record 11 lb 6 oz Largemouth out of Echo Canyon Res. which also has Rainbow Trout in it.

  There is a lake just west of Pagosa Springs that has some huge bass in it. 8-9 lb class. Capote Lake. I had one eat a hooked 1 1/2 lb. Rainbow Trout .
